Privacy notice

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we collect what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we keep your address and what you send.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean preparing your buyer map, replying to a question or arranging a conversation you asked for. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask about.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people at Renewables Leadgen who are working on your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them with anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. We do not track your visit, build a profile of you or follow you around the web.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to erica.edwards@renewablesleadgen.co, or send the request through our contact form. If you reply stop to anything we send, we stop contacting you.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page first.
